Shipping and Returns

     Thank you for choosing SheetMetalSupreme.com! I run a one person operation dedicated to providing you with high-quality t-shirts, stickers decals and more. Ensuring a smooth and efficient shipping experience is what I strive to do. Please review my shipping policy to understand my processes, delivery options, and related terms.

         Order Processing:

  • All orders are processed within 5-10 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
  • Order processing may be subject to delay during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances. I will notify you promptly of any potential delays.

          Shipping Methods and Delivery Options:
  • I normally ship using USPS Priority Shipping or UPS Shipping. This will be decided base off many factors but you can request something specific at additional cost to you.
  • Shirts, hoodies, hats, decals and the like are customized by me and will ship out directly from me. Stickers ordered on the Sheet Metal Supreme website or Etsy page are manufactured by a third party then shipped to me for inspection the shipped to you. Anything purchased on a POD site is made by them and you subject to their shipping and return policies
  • Please note that delivery times may vary based on your location and any unforeseen delays encountered by the shipping carrier.

         Shipping Rates:
  • Shipping rates are determined based on the weight of the package, shipping destination, and selected shipping method.
  • The shipping cost will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process before you finalize your order.

          Order Tracking:

  • Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number and a link to track your package's progress. If items are purchased of a Print On Demand site under the “Sheet Metal Supreme” name are subject to the shipping policies or their website.
  • You can access the tracking information by logging into your account on our website or by using the tracking link provided via email.

        Shipping Restrictions:

  • We currently offer shipping within The United States only.

 

        Order Modifications and Cancellations:

  • If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact me within 48 hours. After 48 hours a 50% fee will be applied to your refund.
  • I will do my best to accommodate your request, but please note that once a shipping label is made, modifications or cancellations may not be possible.

         Returns and Exchanges:

  • All my items are made to order and therefore not refundable. A refund or replacement can be issued IF:

A) I send you the wrong item

B) The item is flawed or incorrect due to my own actions
  • Once an order is shipped, responsibility for the item is soley on the carrier. If your item is lost or damaged DURING TRANSIT, please contact the carrier for
reimbursement.
